Sewing Center only accepts orders from 48 contiguous states.
Product is not shipped to: PO Boxes, Military Bases, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories.
Furniture Shipping Policy
Thank you for trusting Sewing Center with your sewing furniture needs. Buyer is responsible to provide a detailed, covered, protected location description to delivery team for furniture drop-off. Sewing Center LLC and furniture manufacturers are not responsible for weather-related damages to furniture. Any delivery obstacles preventing delivery will require furniture to be placed in secondary location. Refusal of shipment for delivery obstacles is not optional.
Buyer inspection and signatures are required at the time of the delivery indicating that furniture has been received damaged free. Upon arrival, each cabinet box must be inspected for notable carton damage – opening the packaging to examine furniture. If damage is noticed, note the damage of the shipping documents, reject the shipment, release the furniture back to the shipper (while they are still present), and photograph instances of damage. Damaged shipments must be noted and rejected at time of delivery.
Any claims for concealed damaged must be submitted to Sewing Center LLC (hello@sewingcenter.com) within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
White Glove Delivery (Furniture)
A delivery team will bring your furniture and accessory items into your room of choice, upstairs or downstairs. The unpackaging, assembly, and removal of packaging is the responsibility of the buyer. Service provides up or downstairs carry limited to one flight of stairs totaling 20 steps, with one manageable landing.
Delivered Packages
Packages with delivery confirmation from carrier are not available for refund, credit, or replacement, if package is missing or stolen. Missing or stolen packages are responsibility of buyer.
Return Postage
Sewing Center LLC is not responsible for return postage.
Product Imagery
Lifestyle photos may show different product colors and finishes, or related products that illustrate shared features. Merchandised items (décor, furniture, sewing machines, sergers, embroidery modules, thread, fabric, notions, other machines, etc.) are not included with purchase of original product unless noted otherwise.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are digital only
- Gift card recipient will receive an email notification with gift card information after purchase is complete
- Gift card recipient doesn’t need to have a Sewing Center account to redeem
- Gift cards have no cash value, and are only redeemable at sewingcenter.com
Refund Policy
Thank you for trusting Sewing Center with your sewing, quilting, and crafting needs! Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold through www.sewingcenter.com by Sewing Center LLC.
Non-Refundable Items or Services
All items or services purchased from Sewing Center LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Sewing Center LLC. This policy applies but is not limited to:
- Sewing Furniture (this includes: sewing cabinets, sewing tables, sewing chairs, studio sets, cutting tables, storage, workstations, tables, desks, caddies, extension tables, etc.)
- Sewing Machines
- Sewing Thread
- Notions & Tools
- Accessories
- Inserts & Acrylic Products
- Gift Cards
Sewing Furniture
Sewing furniture cannot be returned or refunded once order is placed. (this includes: sewing cabinets, sewing tables, sewing chairs, studio sets, cutting tables, storage, workstations, tables, desks, caddies, extension tables, etc.)
- It is buyer’s responsibility to confirm sewing machine will fit cabinet’s sewing lift dimensions
- It is buyer’s responsibility to confirm that purchased furniture will fit through doorways and hallways (to desired location)
- It is buyer’s responsibility to inspect furniture for damage before signing and accepting delivery (see Furniture Shipping Policy)
- It is buyer’s responsibility to note damage on shipping documents and reject shipment, while delivery personnel are still present, if notable damage is observed. (see Furniture Shipping Policy)
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:
- Defective or Damaged Items (Non-Sewing Furniture): In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 2 days (hello@sewingcenter.com) of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Sewing Center LLC.
- Defective or Damaged Items (Sewing Furniture): It is buyer’s responsibility to inspect furniture for damage before signing and accepting delivery. It is buyer’s responsibility to note damage on shipping documents and reject shipment, while delivery personnel are still present, if notable damage is observed. Contact Sewing Center (hello@sewingcenter.com) within 3 days of rejected shipment.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify Sewing Center LLC (hello@sewingcenter.com) within 2 days.
- Incomplete Service: If a purchased service is not fully delivered, a partial or full refund may be considered.
