Shipping Information

Outside Front Door Delivery (FREE!): Delivery personnel will unload your furniture at a safe place outside your home: front door entry, patio, garage or other flat, level surface with no lifting up or down stairs. Moving the studio(s) inside the home (including fitting doorways and hallways), and assembly, is the responsibility of the buyer.

Note: It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect furniture for damage while the delivery personnel are still present. This includes: inspecting for notable carton damage and opening the package to the verify.

If damage is observed, note the damage on the shipping documents and reject the furniture. If there is no visible carton damage, sign and accept the shipment.
